By making a purchase from Simple Wishes, you are
accepting the terms as outlined below:
Photo Usage:
You certify that the photos you are submitting to Simple Wishes are your own personal images, or you have permission from the professional photographer / studio to use the photos. Simple Wishes respects and upholds the legal rights of professional photographers / studios. Please keep in mind that the unauthorized use of professional images is illegal. If you have a copyrighted image and wish to use if for your order, please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release. We will not proceed with your order until we receive this release. By submitting these images to us, you agree to assume full responsibility if any conflicts arise with the photographer.
For products containing photos of children, you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child / children in the photos you are submitting, or you have received permission from the parent / legal guardian to use the photos for products ordered.
You agree to hold Simple Wishes harmless for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against Simple Wishes for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.
Cancellation Policy:
Simple Wishes does not require our customers to submit a payment until their proofs are authorized and will not send your order to the printer until your payment is received. Therefore, you are able to cancel your order anytime before we receive our payment.
Return Policy:
We guarantee that you will love the products you receive from Simple Wishes! Please note that due to the personalized nature our products, we do not accept returns.
If, the error or problem with your order is due to an error on our part, simply return the cards and we will reprint your order. We’ll also pay for the cost for you to return the products to us.
We do not anticipate any errors or problems as we ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your design and have authorized the proof before we send your order to the printer. Therefore, it is imperative that you review your proof 1, 2 and even 3 times to ensure that the information is correct. Only after you have given final approval will your card be printed.
Shipping:
Simple Wishes is not responsible for any damages, delays or items lost in shipping due to the fault of Canada Post. A signature is always required upon receipt. Please ensure that your parcel arrives in good condition prior to signing for the acceptance of your parcel.
Payment:
Simple Wishes uses PayPal as our preferred method of payment. You will be redirected to
PayPal's secure website to enter your payment information. We will never see your credit
card number or bank account number. PayPal is the industry leader in online payment
options and uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length
of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Please visit

Please note that you do not require a PayPal account to use your credit card.
Simple Wishes also accepts personal cheques, money orders and certified cheques through regular mail service. Please note that we cannot process your order until we have received your payment. If sending a personal cheque, it must first clear with the bank before we begin your order.
Print Accuracy:
All products sold by Simple Wishes are original designs and are professionally printed. We aim to provide accurate images of all our products online; however, the actual printed product may vary from its online representation due to different browsers and computer monitor configurations. So please keep this in mind when placing your orders.

This website and all its contents, including designs, text and photographs is owned by Simple Wishes and is protected under Canadian, US and International Copyright Laws. It is against the law to modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create work from, distribute, display or in any way commercially utilize any of its contents.
The reproduction, modification and reuse of any Simple Wishes’ designs are prohibited. Your ability to "right-click" and save any images from this site has been disabled.
